West 101 Corporate Center is located in Phoenix's West Valley submarket and was acquired in 2010. The project consists of a three-story, Class A office building that includes 81,636 square feet of office space and enjoys excellent visibility from the 101/10 freeway interchange. The property was purchased from a bank that had foreclosed on its original construction loan.
At the time of acquisition, West 101 was less than 20% occupied and mostly in shell condition. Since acquisition, Regent has upgraded the lobbies and exterior and has successfully leased the project to 80% occupied to a diversified and high quality tenant base.
Regent successfully leased up the building and sold the project in 2018.
