Studio 2200 is located in Carlsbad, California and was purchased in September 2013. The project consists of a two-story office building totaling 230,000 square feet. The project boasts a 4.5 per thousand parking ratio, a large loading dock and large functional floor plates.
Regent overhauled the facade, landscaping and lobbies of the project. Additionally, Regent added a gym and lounge to be enjoyed by all the tenants. Regent aggressively marketed the project to new tenants and renewed existing tenants to long term leases. The project was sold at the end of 2015.
