Greenwich Place was planned to be one of the largest residential housing community in the city of West Hollywood, California. The three-acre, 152-unit development-located within the desirable Sherbourne Triangle-includes 117 luxury condominiums and townhomes, as well as 35 affordable multi-family rental units.

Designed by Santa Monica-based award-winning architectural firm Van Tilburg, Banvard and Soderbergh, Greenwich Place’s cutting edge urban design evoked the 'Brownstone' style that is common in Manhattan, with lush landscaping and inviting paseos that connect the residential neighborhood to the area's commercial district. Appearing as if they have been constructed over time, the buildings were planned to be fully integrated into their urban surroundings.

Regent worked closely with neighborhood leaders to create an infill project that would fit with the city's and residents' vision for the site, which was previously a parking lot for hospital employees. Greenwich Place received unanimous approval from the West Hollywood City Council in February 2007, amid enthusiastic local acclaim. Regent sold the property to a globally renowned residential developer in 2008.
