Fairway Corporate Center is located in Carlsbad, California and was acquired by Regent in September 2014 as part of an off-market transaction.

The project consists of two 2-story Class A office buildings totaling 115,000 square feet with 4.0/1,000 parking. The project is an integral part of the TaylorMade-Adidas headquarters and campus in Carlsbad (adjacent 200,000 square foot R&D and assembly center and state-of-the-art testing facility are all within a two minute walk).

Regent made improvements to the exterior landscaping, including a new, modernized outdoor patio + barbecue, in addition to several interior common area upgrades. Regent sold the project in June of 2022.
