The City of Beverly Hills partnered with Regent to develop this mixed-use urban infill center located in the internationally recognized Golden Triangle. The project was designed by Field Paoli Architects of San Francisco and includes approximately 70,000 square feet of upscale retail establishments including a flagship Crate & Barrel store.
Additionally, the project features approximately 16,300 square feet of secluded garden office suites and four levels of subterranean parking. It was awarded the Gold Nugget award for best specialty project following its completion in 2004.
